Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our software company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical documentation, AI tools, and MS Office. You will be responsible for creating clear and concise user manuals, guides, reports, bug reports, Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and UML documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation.
• Write Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and UML diagrams to assist the development team.
• Create clear and well-structured bug reports and technical reports.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to document software features and updates.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand.
• Maintain consistency in technical terminology and formatting across all documents.
• Use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical writer in the software industry.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and documentation.
• Experience in writing SRS, UML diagrams, bug reports, and technical manuals.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and concise content.
• Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems and documentation tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field (preferred).
