We are currently looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. As a DBA, your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing and optimizing our database systems to ensure data integrity, availability, and performance. You will play a critical role in maintaining the stability of our applications by efficiently managing the underlying databases.
Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain database systems.
• Ensure the security and availability of databases.
• Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize queries and database configurations for better performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Implement data security measures and access controls.
• Enforce data integrity constraints and perform data validation.
• Collaborate with PHP Developers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide support for database-related development tasks and queries.
• Assist in designing efficient database schemas.
• Maintain detailed documentation of database configurations and procedures.
• Generate reports on database performance and usage as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 year of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and database optimization.
• Familiarity with PHP is a plus for better collaboration with developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve database issues.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
